So sad, Larry and his father Joe were icons in Wolf Point at the Elks and Catholic Church. I know he will be missed. RIP Larry!

We are sure going to miss Larry! He was a special member of our church family. I’ll miss visiting with him every Saturday evening and Sunday morning before Masses. He helped out in many ways and enjoyed teasing and playing pranks. The church was a very important part of his life and he was a very important part of ours.
We know the angels are welcoming you into Paradise, Larry. Thanks for showing us how to be humble and kind.
Noreen and Dan Hohman says

Larry, I remember the time you were standing in front of the old school with your INTRODUCTION TO BIOLOGY text book, Mr. Harstad’s class. It was the noon hour and you were concerned about the up coming test that afternoon. I helped you study for the test. The next day you came to me and very happily told me that you passed the test.
People, there are many, many of you that helped Larry, a little here, a little there. May the Lord bless you for your kindness.
Brenda says

I am so sorry to hear of Larry’s passing! We had great fun playing tricks and sneaking up on each other at the Elks Club for a lot of years!
May your walk on be filled with loved ones who have gone before and you are again sharing stories and goodies with Joe and Freda!

It came to me today, thinking about Larry…..how for well over 30 years I’ve done jobs at the Elks, and would always have someone jimmy the back door open when I came…It all started with Joe…..when he passed away, it was Larry’s turn….I’d come down, and low and behold, a special rock about the size of your fist would be jammed between the door to keep it open for me while I hauled stuff in and out…..I frequently mentioned to Larry how a piece of 2X4 would work just as well, or a long stick maybe?…Nope!….It was that special rock or nothin!….Year in and year out…I played along with it because it evidently meant something to Larry…..Gonna miss you down there Larry…..and your rock!…Scott Taylor
