For Dennis:
It’s time to say goodbye and let you go now
It will be so very hard but I will do it somehow
You will always be remembered by the kindness you displayed
Always willing to help anyone even if it had to be handmade
You would give what you could & put your needs last
You’d do it without a second thought, not one person even had to ask
Always asking forgiveness, even when you weren’t at fault
Just to put the disagreement to a halt
You truly had a heart of gold
You deserve to receive God’s love twofold
You will be greatly missed by those your love has touched
For surely no one could ever give as much
The Man upstairs is oh so proud
To have you by his side upon that cloud
You have certainly earned your wings here on earth
For your good deeds have shown all your worth
Sorrow & tears we may display
But we know we’ll see you again someday
Rest in peace Dennis dear
Your loving memory will always be here
We love you & you’re already greatly missed
The memories you left will often be reminisced
But you will forever live in our hearts
Until our own journey to heaven starts
It’s time to say goodbye
Until we meet again on that cloud up in the sky……
I will love you forever

R.I.P. Dennis. I’ll love & miss you for the rest of my life. The hardest thing to live with is not getting the chance to tell you how much you were loved before you left, or to say goodbye. It runs through my mind constantly & will hurt the rest of my days because you meant so much to me & you were a part of my daily life for the past 5 1/2 years. It’s so hard to believe you are really gone & I’ll never see you again. We are now forever apart & we didn’t even get to say goodbye…or I love you one last time. I love you Dennis, I always have!!
