Russell Thomas Longee passed away July 5, 2017 at Faith Lutheran Home in Wolf Point, Montana. He was born April 7, 1949 in Poplar, Montana to Ernest and Ethel Mae (Buckles) Longee.
Russell spent his childhood in Poplar with his brothers and sisters. He developed a brain injury at 5 years old and his sister, Darlene helped him for several years until she had to go to school. Russell spent his remaining years in homes in Glendive, Havre, and most recently, Faith Lutheran Home in Wolf Point.
The family would like to thank the staff at Faith Lutheran Home for their time and commitment to Russell for the many years that he was in the facility.
Russell is survived by three siblings, Larry Longee, Darlene Longee, and Maynard Longee.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Ethel Mae; as well as 4 siblings, Ernest Jr, Diane, Art, and Mervin.
