Big Allen was a gentle guy with much talent on the basketball court. We played many a game against and with Allen over the years. Allen was athletically gifted had great feet and soft hands could catch anything and hardly ever got mad on the court despite all the hard fouls he endured. He followed his kids from tourney to tourney over the years and we would spend many a game visiting with him talking about life. Condolences to Allen’s kids and his family. RIP Big Al.
