Our Beloved Darrell Eldon Follette Sr was born July 29th, 1968 to Carmelita and Dennis Follette Sr in San Jose, California. He grew up in California, Arizona and finally Fort Kipp and Poplar. He attended Culbertson Schools elementary thru high school. He then became an apprentice with his father for welding. He also attended voc-rehab for vehicle mechanics. Darrel married Ida Red Eagle and from this marriage they had Chelle’Rose, Darrell Jr and Neal. He also was the father to Anthony James (AJ) and Christine. He and Ida later divorced but remained close until her passing. His children were the most important in his life. He also loved and cherished his family very much. He loved to visit his family when ever he had the chance. He loved telling stories and making people laugh. He will be missed tremendously.
Darrell is proceeded in death by his son Anthony James and his daughter Chelle’Rose, his mother Carmelita Lambert, his stepfather Robert Lambert, his brothers Dennis Jr and Verle. His sister’s Denise and Elisa. His nieces April, Sierra and Mitchalene. His grandchildren baby Jake and Phiona. Adopted brother Allen Russell Sr.
Darrell is survived by his Father Dennis Follette Sr (Flora), his sister’s Jackie (Loren) Follette and Darlene (David) Follette, Lexi Follette and Marion Follette. Brothers Leonard (Cindy) Follette Sr. David Follette Sr. and Neil Follette. As well as numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held Monday, November 6th at 1:00pm at Clayton Memorial Chapel in Wolf Point, MT. Interment to follow at the Fort Kipp Cemetery. Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel of Wolf Point has been entrusted with the arrangements.
