Ed, sure going to miss visiting you. You were my own reporter on all the happenings in tribal council and across the Rez. I enjoyed our intellectual sparring on the weird and fantastic World we live in from Big Foot to UFOs to ghosts. You were the best house sitter one could have. You are my friend, my buddy and I will miss you. Travel in joy on that Spirit Road as you explore the Universe as you travel home. Tell all our family on the other side we miss them and until we meet again, my brother of my spirit, enjoy the Light!

Dear Eddie H./Ed’s, Big Brother. I’ve known you all my life. I feel blessed for that gift. You and Eddie O. used to sing out loud as we walked the Rez in Poplar. You two were my babysitters. I remember “Duke of Earl and The Lion Sleeps Tonight” like it was today. Your quiet personality. Your inventive thought processes. I looked up to you (literally). I keep you in my heart forever Eds. Love of and from a big brother doesn’t get any better. I envision You sitting at the table with Gramma Wing/Mom/Grampa Eddie Reddoor (and me When I’m called) enjoying a Tribal council and eating fry bread and wojapi. You remain in my heart and prayers. I love you Eds. I’ve learned memories are a good thing from you.

Ed you are a good friend, and I will always remember our high school days and Haskell days. You were such a deep thinker and I was always amazed at some of the things you came up with. You walked through life with your head held high and one of your last walks was to California. I wished you would have wrote about your travels, it must have been amazing. Now you travel on a much grander adventure back to your loved ones and the creator. Your were the 13th Tribal Executive Board member and had many good ideas. I will miss the times we sat and talked about everything that came to mind. You enlightened me and had me thinking all the time. My condolences to the family, Ed was one of kind. Charlie Headdress

Condolences to all of Ed’s family !
I cherish the old days when Ed and I went to Dawson Community College and graduated with Engineering degrees. A few years later we worked together on the Fort Peck Reservation during the oil boom years. We walked almost every inch of this reservation seismic surveying. Ed will always be missed for his ideas and input! He was a good fiend and confidante. I always valued his input in the council chambers. I tried to talk him into throwing his hat in the ring for sergeant at arms several times but he didn’t want to be tied down. He will be missed tremendously!
