On February 28, 2022, at 4:30 a.m., our sister, mother, grandmother and niece went to the Lord’s house. Frances was born to Ramona Diserly and Louis Youpee of Poplar, MT. She went to school in Twin Bridges, MT, Pierre, SD and Flandreau, SD.
Frances is survived by her daughter, Ramona (Chubby Menz), sons, Lloyd Iceman of Great Falls, MT; brother Thomas (Pudd) Darlene Brown of Poplar, MT; sister Jolene (Butch) Jeffries of Billings, MT, Mimi of Minneapolis, Cari of Seattle, all of her grandchildren too many to mention in Minnesota, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Washington, Arizona, Oregon and Texas; her aunt Doris Lester of Arizona, uncle Arlie Diserly, Diane, Dina Diserly, may relatives from Brockton, MT.
Frances is preceded in death by her mother and father; son, Donald Iceman; daughters, Robin and Francine Iceman; brothers, Darell and Louie Youpee; grandparents, Frank and Sarah Diserly; aunt and uncle, Ann and Bill Coulter, Sandy Coulter, and Roberta Meira-Fourstar.
Her extended families include, Iceman, of Minn, Draszt, Diserly, Red Thunder, Strauser, Jones, Shield, Bluetalk, Ricker, Youngman, Escarcega, Eagle Boy, Longee, Brown, Loegering, Grainger, Rosette, Clancy, Cloud, Kingbird, Spillday, and Black of Red Lake, Minn., Bear, and Spotted Bird of Brockton. We apologize if we have forgotten anyone, it was not intentional. Frances had a lot of friends and relatives.
We would also like to thank the Poplar hospital staff, swing bed CNAs, Iola Scott, Bryton Red Boy, Maria, Nyah, Sydny, and Dr. Jeremiah Aldred.
You will be greatly missed. Thanks for the memories, until we meet again. Love you.
