We knew Garrett as a friendly gentle soul who never asked for much but gave what he could. He lived a tough life but always appreciated every day. I believe he is truly at peace, walking the highways and byways of Heaven with Jesus and having a wonderful time. We’ll see you later, we remember you always. We would love to say goodbye with a service.

Garret was a man who didn’t bother no one. He did not stand and beg for money. Garrett didn’t cause fights. Even though Garrett had mental health disabilitie issues, he would be walking around town until evening came and he would head home on Westend. Garret was hungry a lot so he would go to where Danny’s church was feeding or other programs. Garret always had a big smile when you would say hi to him. He was a gentle soul. He is with Jesus now. He is also with family members who accepted a personal relationship with Jesus. Garret did attend church at Gospel Fellowship and sometimes at the overcomers. Our prayers go out to his family, relatives here and Ft Belknap, has Rocky boy or where ever they maybe.

A very special man who kept to himself and I never seen him argue with anyone. This should have never happened but I believe God is taking care of him now.

I love you dad so much. You taught me so much and I still do a lot of the things we all did as a family till this day. I cannot even begin to wrap my head around the thought that you’re gone but I’m glad that your suffering is over. Forever and always will love and miss you dad.

I remember Garrett from when he worked at the Town Pump. Man, he was fast behind that cash register. And friendly. He always had time to say hello. God bless his family.
