Harold passed on November 2, 2024 at his home. Harold was born on January 9th, 1965 to Violet Hamilton and Rayfield Garfield. Harold is an enrolled member of the Fort Peck Assiniboine and Sioux tribes. He grew up in Wolf Point and attended school here. In his youth he loved fishing and being outdoors, and working on cars. a favorite past time shared with his son, Robert Garfield. Harold was always there for his mom and helping her fix things around the house. He was a helpful and caring handyman. Harold met Sherri Comeslast and to this union was blessed with daughters, Auriona, Jatonna and Jacquelyn. Harold had a great sense of humor, finding the good in all things. He always filled moments spent with him with laughter and appreciation for the smaller things in life. We will miss you brother, we are comforted knowing you’re at peace. Although you left too soon, your thoughts and memories, we will cherish and we forever hold you dearly in our hearts. We shall meet again.
Harold is survived by his children, Auriona, Jatonna, Jacquelyn and Heavynn Onstad, Madison Garfield, Farrah Casterline, Norma Morales, Deserae, Brianna, Vivian and Elton; brothers, Jonathan (Kristi) and Alwin (Maryanna) Sisters, Janell, Paula and Cynthia, Many cousins, nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
Harold is preceded in death by his sons, Robert Garfield, and Harold Garfield Jr.; his mother, Violet Hamilton and Father, Rayfield Garfield. Sisters, Lena Siljenberg, Angel Garfield, Susan Garfield and grandparents, Angel and Harvey Hamilton.

Condolences to Harold’s family. My brother Courtney, Emerson, Jesse (Goggie) and Harold hanged out together on West End. All together now with their families. Miss all of you. I know they all were there to welcome him. RIP Harold.
