Jacob WhiteBull III passed away on December 6, 2021 in Billings. A wake will be held on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the Poplar Cultural Center. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at the Poplar Cultural Center. Interment will follow at Poplar City Cemetery.
