Joe was one of the finest people I knew in our whole community. His work at the Frontier Elementary School, always a kind and wise person in his work which helped the entire school function (through harsh rain or shine!). As a child he emulated how a good person ought to be. This positive role model influenced the many hundreds of children who passed through the grades of the school. Thank you to Joe, and the Buckley family in their time of losing a great man.
