Josephine Ione Neutgens, 82, of Wolf Point went to be with the lord on December 7, 2021.
Josephine was born to Joseph Lambert and Lillian Delong Lambert Weeks on March 14, 1939, shortly after she was blessed with being the big sister to 11 brothers and sisters. Anyone who knew Josephine knew she was the mother hen of the group.
Josephine met the love of her life Arlo Neutgens, a match made in heaven. The shared a beautiful 36 years together.
Josephine loved being a mother and homemaker, weather it was making the best sweaters or hosting family get togethers. She was an avid crafter and loved gardening.
She loved teaching her children how to bake and create different works of art. She could create the most spectacular clothes out of the worst scraps of fabric, she loved creating dolls, growing the most beautiful flowers, and most of all caring for her family.
She is survived by her children, Lisa (George) Grubbs, Paul (Lori) Neutgens, Greg Neutgens, Arla (James) Neutgens, Renee (Dan) Neutgens, Step children, Judy Kuntz and John(Theresa) Neutgens, siblings Gary Farnsworth, Albert (Maureen) Lambert, Jackie Weeks, John Weeks, David (Barb) Weeks, Rita Weeks, Thomas (Becky) Weeks, Wayne (Debbie) Weeks, 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her late husband Arlo Neutgens, children Anna Nava and Joeseph Neutgens, siblings Dorothy Balbinot, William Weeks, and Robert Weeks.
A rosary will be held on December 17, 2021 at 6pm. A celebration of life will be planned for the spring.
