Early morning on May 14th, 2022, Lloyd, 82, peacefully passed away at Advanced
Health Care in Mesa, AZ surrounded by the love of his family.
Lloyd was born in Wolf Point, MT on September 8th, 1939. He was the third child
of Frank & Faye Heser, arriving shortly after twin brother Floyd.
Lloyd graduated from Wolf Point High School, served in the army during the
Korean Conflict, and on April 5th, 1964 married Sharon Udland. They were
married for 38 years until Sharon’s death in 2003. Lloyd was a service technician
at Farmers Union Oil (now Agland). Lloyd passed his love for horses on to his
daughter, son & nephews. Weekends were spent moving cows, riding in wagon
trains, working brandings and taking care of the horses. He had a special knack
for nurturing injured horses back to health. Lloyd enjoyed traveling to the Denver
Stock Show, trips to AZ & SD to visit “the kids”, and was a member of the Elks and
American Legion. Every year he participated in the Stampede weekend activities
and was the 2007 Grand Marshall. In 2006, Lloyd was blessed with a new heart;
understood the importance and responsibility of such a gift and was grateful.
Lloyd was preceded in death by his wife Sharon, parents Frank & Faye Heser,
sister Ella Mae Stolen, brother Floyd Heser.
Lloyd is survived by daughter Cindy (Rob) Esparza, son Rick (Jennifer) Heser, sister
Betty Moore, brother Kenneth (Agnes) Heser, in-laws Joan Heser, Barb (Dave)
Cundiff, Tom (Audrey) Udland, Terry (Kathy) Udland, Candy (Jerry) Slavec, Christy
(Frank) Richard, 5 grandchildren Amanda Emerson, Seth Heser, Paige Esparza,
Cole Heser, Destiney Esparza, great granddaughter Ardon Emerson, many nieces,
nephews & cousins.
The date of the Celebration of Life will be advised.

Wow, childhood memories of Lloyd working at the Farmers Union with my dad Don Mueller. He was handsome, funny, and he and Wally Sexton were always fun for a kid to be around. I had also forgotten that he had married Sharon Udland another family of friends that I have fond memories of. As a matter fact, I have some home movies that were taken when the Udland family visited at our home east of town.
My condolences to the family and God Bless you all.

I wondered what happened to grandpa when I did not see him at Old Town Grill. Now i know. Such a kind, generous man. We visited about many different things. I think OTG was his mission spot to share a smile, hope, kind words & conversations with anyone. No more missing his precious wife. I look forward to seeing him again in heaven where all is made new.
