God rest his soul. I was Sheldon’s sponsor for his baptism, first communion and confirmation in the Catholic Church. I will remember him when I saw his face when he was blessed with Chrism oil. It symbolizes strength, the Gifts of the Holy Spirit, and consecrates someone or something to God’s service. Whatever journey he followed in his life…he was blessed at the end and touched by Jesus Christ I am sure. Prayers for him.
