Terrance Kimberly Billy, 66, of Wolf Point, MT passed away May 7, 2022 of natural causes at NEMHS.
Terrance, known to many as “Kim”, was born August 19, 1955 to Melvin and Alice Billy in Wolf Point, Montana and was an enrolled member of the Chippewa-Cree tribe.
He gained a true understanding of responsibility and hard work while growing up on the family ranch at Rocky Boy and building fences for his father’s and uncle’s business, B & B Fencing. Kim graduated from Box Elder High School in 1975. After graduating, he went to work for Montana power and later moved back to Wolf Point to take care of his grandparents, Rosella and George Gregg. He eventually went to work for A & S Industries of Poplar, first building nets, and later using his welding skills in constructing metal boxes which were used to deliver medical supplies to the military during the Desert Storm Conflict.
He thoroughly enjoyed spending time fishing and hunting with his grandfather, playing pool, darts and the machines.
After moving to Wolf Point, Kim met the love of his life, Melody Windsor. After two years of devotion to each other, they were married August 19, 1988. This date was a special gift to each other in that each were born on August 19th, one year apart.
Kim is survived by his wife, Melody; children Violet Bruce of Seattle, WA, Dessie (John) Moccasin of Wolf Point, Terry Conrad “TC” Billy (Tiana) of Wolf Point; brothers Leslie (Marjorie) of Rocky Boy, Melvin of Browning, Frank of Rocky Boy, Keith (Wanda) of Rocky Boy, Shawn (Kayleen) of Billings; sisters Twila (Terry) Grant of Big Sandy and Michelle Billy of Rocky Boy; uncle and aunt Lloyd and Madeline Billy of Rocky Boy, aunt Jenny Billy-LaSalle of Rocky Boy; nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Kim was preceded in death by infant brother Everette Samuel Billy; his mother and father, Alice and Melvin Billy; grandparents Frank and Young Girl Billy and George and Rosella Gregg; and his aunts Mary Jane Henderson and Mary Billy.
In addition to his family members mentioned above, Chuck Borchert became his best friend and later his God Father.
The family thanks the staff of North Eastern Montana Health Services for their special attention and care during his final days.

Grandma Mel and Family,
I sure am going to miss are playing Aggravation with him and Scotty. I remember all the times I got so mad at TK and threw the Aggravation board at the wall; he sure knew how to p*** me off. We had so many good times whether it was just sitting on the deck, the barbecues we always had good times. I will never forget the 4th of July at your house, TK made it so much fun.
