Wade James Granbois, age 48, passed away July 17th in Billings, MT. Wade was born on Dec. 18th 1973 in Wolf Point, MT, the son of Steve Lein and Doreen Granbois. He attended Wolf Point High School later receiving his GED. He worked at The Tastee Freeze during his time in Wolf Point before residing in Round Up, MT where he was a head cook at the Bust Bee Restaurant for about 12yrs. He spent the last 7yrs in Billings working at Perkins and briefly at AMS(American Medical Supply). Wade was very artistic and liked drawing different types of “fantasy” cars he created with his own wild imagination. He loved music, dancing around the house, playing video games, fishing, and detailing/working on vehicles. He was very carefree, but has been a hard worker all of his life dedicated to his deliciousĀ cooking. He loved making other’s laugh and it was hard not too while being around him and is “clownish” sense of humor. He had an outstanding personality, loved his family and never had to question if he loved having you in his life because he would definitely let you know. He was preceded in death by his father, grandparents Mitchell and Leona(Lemay) Granbois, and Aunt Janie and Uncle Dingsy St. Germaine. Survivors included his mother; Doreen Granbois, sister; Shantell Fowler and nephew; Ethan Fowler of Wolf Point, MT, brother; Joseph Johnson of Bozeman, MT, brother; Davey St. Germaine and Durand Garfield of Wolf Point, MT, Uncle Doug (Connie) Granbois of Washington, Aunt Beulah (Larry) Siljenberg, Wolf Point, MT, stepfather; John Fowler, Wolf Point, MT(who adopted him as his own) his fiancee’ Shannon Pitsch and daughter Pyretta Blaze of Billings, MT( who had a special place in his heart) and many cousins and close friends.”
A prayer service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 25, 2021 at the Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel in Wolf Point. The funeral will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, July 26, 2021 at the Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel in Wolf Point. Cremation will follow services.
