Betty Green went home to the Lord and Savior on February 25, 2017 at Trinity Hospital in Wolf Point.
She married Elton West in 1964 and they later divorced. She was with John Olson, Sr. for several years and then later married Richard (Dick) Green in 1990.
Betty owned Greens Second Hand store until the passing of Dick. Betty also had various other jobs. She enjoyed playing cards and Bingo, but mostly spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Betty is survived by her four sons Cal (Leah) and Mike West of South Dakota, James and Joseph Olson of Wolf Point; step children Staci Green of Wolf Point, Troy Green of Culbertson and RJ Green of Missoula; also John, Jr, Shawn and Nolie Olson and several grandchildren; brothers Bob (Judy) Friskey, Butch (Ruth) Friskey, Ed (Caroline) Friskey all of South Dakota, Kenny (MaryJane) Friskey and Darwin (Winnie) Schafer of Wolf Point; sisters Mary Briggs of South Dakota, Linda Brown of Chinook and Geri Todd of Wolf Point and also numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents William Friskey, Evelyn and Albert Schafer, daughter Minnie Olson and husband Dick Green.
By her request there will be no services. Cremation has taken place.
