Words cannot express to you my friend, Venetta for your tragic loss of your baby boy! I remember he was favored by my dad when I used to babysit him. Now he has joined my dad, along with so many relatives and friends that are already rejoicing with our Lord! I know the pain of losing a dad and a sister, but pray for you losing a child. That has got to be hard, but lean on the Lord every second of everyday and he will give you the comfort and strength to be the rock for your grandchildren that won’t understand the sadness. I love you my friend and will pray for you and your family during this great loss you have to endure.

My sincere condolences to the family. I didn’t know this young man but he gave my nephew a ride to a Dr appointment in Wolf Point and he stayed and waited for him to get done. He was off work by then and didn’t have to stay and wait but he did. I never got the chance to thank him. I appreciated his kindness and i know my nephew Carson did too. God bless his family.

To the Vanetta Eagle Family, & To All The Mothers of his beloved children you were both blessed with during your times together (I don’t know how else to word it?) Mr. Christian sounded like a remarkable person, father, son, brother, uncle, and will be deeply missed by all who was mentioned as well as the general public.
Vanetta, you did a fine job raising Darrell, it shows in all that he accomplished. The Lord & Jesus needed a fine, kind, loving angel that fitted all Darrell’s characteristics, and as mother’s we know that our children are on loan to us,and can be taken swiftly, quickly, in a blink of an eye or it can be slowly, painful….either way, losing a child takes a big piece of your heart, as well as your soul also. The lost, lonely feeling, thinking if you did something different that day, would it still have happened or what did I do wrong in raising my son? Jesus called 2 of my sons home, first the youngest son, he left 2 twin girls & 2 evil Irish twin boys (Silas says), then the oldest son (of the 7 sons) passes away 11 mo’s after the youngest one, and he leaves 2 girls and 2 boys; we were blessed for awhile with their short lived lives. We can sure feel the loneliness and pain, to this day and it is daily, I don’t know how to let go of them and stop mourning for them, so I know your pain your feeling now and what’s to come on birthdays, and the holidays, the tear that will be shed for him. It sounds like he knew what he wanted in life and it included the Lord, he was a solider of the Lord called home by the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords to sit by His side. To the mother’s of Darrell’s children, may the Lord & Jesus keep you in His everlasting love and, and may the memories you shared together be happy memories. I also know the loss of losing the father of your children, to soon, for all of us also. I am nobody, but know all of your pain, shock, disbelief you are all feeling at this moment, PLEASE know that Jesus is out there, somewhere’s,and He loves us all, never putting something on you that you cannot handle, it may feel like He has left you and forsaken you, but He’s actually holding each and everyone hurting at this time. Believe it, I seen many miracles and people brought back to life when we call upon the Mighty name of Jesus! To Everyone in Mr. Christian’s life, keep saying “Praise the Lord, Thank You Jesus”, it may sound silly and inappropriate at this moment, but those are some very powerful words, trust me!! Thank You, God Bless you and may we all see Darrell again when were called home by Jesus.
