Hey dad, I love and miss you so much. I barely come here to look at this page and everything but I remembered that today is your birthday, I wanted to say happy birthday and thank you for the loving memories. I have very few but I treasure them.
I really wish you were so you can see me attend the first day of high school. I also wish you were here to see me get promoted to 9th grade. But I know you were watching me from above. I love you and miss you very much. I’ll forever remember the late night drives we took together and the games we had played. I’ll forever remember the jokes you made and how you always managed to brighten up my day.
I’m going to make you proud. I promise you I won’t take on the path my family is struggling with. I’m going to change it and not do drugs or drink. I’m going to get a good job and again, make you proud.
Happy Birthday, Dad,
Thanks for everything.
– Your daughter, Lorelei Weinberger <3
