She had a great love for animals. She would never turn away a stray animal. Her dog, Pepper was her constant companion, and was never far from her side. When she traveled, Pepper was right there with her. She also raised a number of stray cats and their
kittens and would always try to find them a good home.

I am so sorry to hear of Dee’s passing, but also know she is in the loving arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Dee knew and loved the Lord and I know she is now in the presence of the Lord along with all her loved ones.
I cherish the memories of our times together and our long phone converstions together, she was a blessing in my life and a dear friend. I know there are many in the Wolf Point community who will miss her and it is my prayer that they find strength and peace in the assurance that we to will one day take that step into eternity and will see Dee again. May you know that my thoughts and prayers are with each one of you. Yours in Christ, Donna

I remember when “Auntie Dee” took me in. She is one of the reasons why I love animals so much. She never made me eat anything I didnt like, so she would fix me salad, tomato soup and let me eat pickles. She took me places, let me play in her makeup and made me feel loved. I will always have a special place in my heart for her.
