Everette W. Buck Elk, age 72, passed away on November 9, 2020 in Billings, MT.
Everette Buck Elk was born to Henry and Nancy Buck Elk on February 7, 1948. He grew up in Fort Kipp, MT and attended school in Brockton, MT.
Everette worked for H & S Gun Factory later he worked for A & S Industries where he made many friends over the years. He enjoyed spending time with family, visiting, doing crossword puzzles. He also enjoyed drawing, building things, rodeos, basketball games, hunting, and horses. Everyone who knew him knew he loved to joke around.
Everette is survived by his sisters Phyllis (Cedric) Prairie Chief of Oklahoma, Myrtle (Fred) Olson of Oregon, Esther (Frank) Hapa of Fort Kipp; brothers Lewis (Leanna) Buck Elk of Fort Kipp, Henry Sr. (Violet) Buck Elk of Fort Kipp; all of his grandchildren and special granddaughter Serranity Buck Elk; nephews Anthony Olson, Fred Olson Jr., Evron (DeeDee) Davis, Jeremiah Davis, Charles Small, Joel Small, Elliot Small, Cedric Prairie Chief Jr., Favion Prairie Chief, Darryl Buck Elk, Wendall (Donette) Martell, Carlos Buck Elk, Eli Buck Elk and Joseph Buck Elk; nieces Doreen Olson, Joleen Small, Tamara Davis, Nanette (Wayne), Teresa (Michael) James, Janet Buck Elk, Yvette (Charles) Olsen, Mary (Verle) Follette, Lesley Buck Elk, Tiffany Buck Elk, Sylvia Buck Elk (Myron), Darice Buck Elk, Angel Buck Elk.
He is preceded in death by his parents Henry and Nancy (Comes Last) Buck Elk; brothers Wilson, Ronny, Darryl, Edgar; nephews Emmanuel Buck Elk, Christopher Buck Elk, Darryl (Dk) Buck Elk, Rudy Martell, Bryan Olson, Lous Buck Elk; aunty Winnifred Thomas; uncles Eli Buck Elk, Warren Buck Elk, Harvey Buck Elk, Gideon Buck Elk; nieces Andrea Davis and Thalia Buck Elk.
Due to COVID-19 guidelines we are asked to keep attendance at the services limited to 30 individuals. Masks are required for all public services.

So very sad to hear this. I got to know Everett while Mom was in the Unit at the Hospital. Was a competitive UNO player and he also liked to go on a “walk about” in his wheelchair outside the Hospital to check on the goings on!
