My Condolences to the family. I had the pleasure to call this guy my friend. I met him when he moved back here last year and from then on we got to know each other pretty good. We had good laughs and crazy moments. Total shocker hearing the news. Glen, it was a pleasure knowing you. Thank you for being the friend you were. Until we meet again, may God hold you and comfort your family at this time.

I lost touch with Glen over the last17 years or so when we left Poplar. But through the grapevine, I heard Glen was in the hospital in Billings so went to see him. Saw him also at the hospice facility, so over a couple of weeks before he died we had 3 or 4 good visits. It was good to reconnect after so long. We reminisced about many things and I remembered what I always liked about Glen: his quick laugh, good humor and his firm convictions. He will be missed greatly. I pray that he rests in peace and I pray for his daughter as well as all his entire family that they be comforted at this time.

PS – I was honored to be asked to be a pall bearer at the funeral. Unfortunately Karmen and I were already committed to a funeral at the same time here in Columbus. Sure wish I could be there.

This picture of Glen is how I will always remember my friend. Glen had a quick wit, smile and thoughtfulness that made him who he was. I know that he loved his family and would give the shirt off his back to help a stranger in need. I will miss my friend, but I know that he is in a better place. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. Rest in peace my Friend!

I am very sorry to hear about Glen’s passing. I haven’t seen him in years, but he always had a special place in my heart. He was a very nice and thoughtful man…full of integrity and a great personality. I have many old memories of him and his brownish diesel truck he drove:) What a great guy! I know he’s in heaven. My thoughts and prayers to the family. …”And until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of His hand.” Melinda Lane-Walls
