Jeff Todd passed away Friday, February 6, 2015 at the Billings Hospital with his wife JoAnn by his side. Jeff was born May 2, 1957 to Patty Bauer and the late Elliott Todd at march Air Force, Riverside, CA.
Jeff went to various schools but graduated from Frasier High School in 1976, as Valedictorian. After graduation he went to truck driving school in Albuquerque, New Mexico, but that wasn’t for him. He tried his hand at construction and plumbing and became a master of both.
Jeff had various relationships, but when he met JoAnn Clampit, she became the love his life. They married and to the union that adopted little Aubrey and she too became the love of Jeff’s life.
Jeff worked construction and plumbing for many years, sometimes with his brothers, Ken, Wade and Tim. At one time he and his brothers all worked construction in Arizona. Jeff also worked for Fort Peck Housing Authority as a carpenter and plumber. he was still working for a local business man remodeling homes up until he became too ill. In 2010 with an inheritance from his father, Elliott Todd, he designed and started building a home for JoAnn and himself on land given to them by JoAnn’s father, Frank Clampit. The home was not completed because of a dispute over the land.
Jeff is survived by his wife, JoAnn, daughter Aubrey, sisters Teri Long of Nashua, Tonya Thomas of Wolf Point, brother Tim Todd of Wolf Point and mother Pat Bauer Arthur of Wolf Point.
He was preceded in death by his father Elliott Todd, his brothers Ken and Wade Todd, brother-in-law Larry Long, Uncle Sam Bauer and father-in-law Frank Clampit.
There will be a celebration of Jeff’s life on Thursday, February 12, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel, 102 Custer Street, Wolf Point. MT. Please no flowers.

Jeff was the love of my life,we were the love of his life.don’t know who wrote this but my husband was survived by stepson Nathan keiser whom he raised as his own.stepdaughters Jonas Flynn,Renee Flynn,waynetta hill..and eight grandchildren..we were the love and life of my husband..nobody knew my husband like I did and I knew what he wanted..services is not what he wanted.

What the family is having tomorrow night is not a funeral or services… it is a “Celebration” of Jeff’s life. We do not mean any harm to anyone, but this is the way that we can deal with our grief of losing Jeff.
