My neighbor growing up. I will always remember his yard being immaculate. He was always happy to let us kids come over to play or visit or even fix our bikes. In the evenings he’d put his bandana on and his walkman/headphones n head down the A&S road. I was too young to realize how long he’d been gone but I always asked how far he ran when he got back. He would always tell me “just a quick jog down to Brockton and back” and I thought that was amazing! And as an adult dropping fish off with him after our evenings on the river. He was happy to take any and all we brought home. There are way too many memories to share. He will surely be missed by all who knew him. Prayers to his family and friends. Journey well.

I am sorry to hear of Jerry’s passing prayers to his family .I will always remember seeing him jog on the walkway by the blue Baptist church. And when I would go to the wellness center his red truck would always be there. He made me laugh one time at the wellness center he said oh are you hear for your yearly workout I laughed. Florence worked out there too with her husband. Prayers Florence I pray God will wrap his everlasting arms around you and comfort you.

Condolences to Jerome’s family, I worked with Jerome at A&S industries in the early 1990’s. I really liked visiting him as he would tell me about his younger years playing basketball in tourneys in the northwest part of the country like Washington. He would tell me about the good players he competed against in his era. He also talked about his military service and his work career driving heavy equipment. In his later years I would visit him about the Redeagle church business as he was as on the committee and an active member who loved the church and his family. Prayers for his wife and children he was a great man!
