Jesse Ray Montclair, born January 3, 1978. He was the New Year’s baby for that year. He was the first born of three sons to Meryle Hotomanie Montclair and Clayton Montclair.
Jesse grew up in Regina, Saskatchewan, where he attended school until 9th grade. He met the love of his life Sarah Jackson soon after. Form this union four children were born, Dominique (Patrick) of Wolf Point, Damian, Jessy Rae and Emmanuel all of Wolf Point.
Jesse as a child was shy and kind hearted, he said he wanted to be a church minister when he grew up. He became a born again Christian at a young age. He and Sarah would take in homeless people until the children came along.
Jesse worked many jobs and worked towards his journeyman’s in carpentry. He enjoyed music, all genre’s very much.
Jesse became a proud Grandpa on March 7, 2016 to Xander Montclair Bad Bear.
Jesse was single at the time of his passing.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Sarah in 2015. They were estranged at the time. His father, Clayton and his youngest brother Thomas; his maternal grandparents Ruth Hotomanie and Mike Ryder; his paternal grandparents Luella Lester and Robert Montclair, Sr.
He is survived by his four children, Dominique (Patrick), Damian, Jessy Rae, and Emmanuel (Manny); his brothers Clayton (Dawnette) of Wolf Point, Greg (Marie) Regina, Sask., sister Angel Burling (Jon) of New Orleans, LA; his mother Meryle Hotomanie Montclair of Wolf Point; brothers Louis, Silas, John Montclair of Poplar; his step-mother Marian Montclair also of Poplar.
He had numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends both in Canada and in the state of Montana.
