Our beloved sister, aunt, grandma and dear friend Karen Hope Jackson, 49 of Frazer, MT passed away on March 18, 2015 in Wolf Point, MT.
She was born to Maynard Jackson and Ernestine Four Star Jackson. Karen attended schools in Frazer and graduated from college in Fort Belknap, MT. She worked as a teachers aide at the Poplar, Frazer and Wolf Point schools. She also attended school in Havre. Karen loved to cook, visit family and friends and listen to music. She will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her boys Tristan and Luke Jackson Jr. of Culbertson; her brothers Harlan Jackson and Luke Jackson Sr. of Frazer; sisters Winter Redstone Jackson of Billings; nephew Clint Jackson of Frazer, all of whom she helped raise; step-mother to Mary Redstone of Wolf Point; brother Frank Chopper of Wolf Point; sisters Althea Redstone, Tiffany Chopper and Leanne Redstone all of Wolf Point; many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, aunts, uncles and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her parents Maynard and Ernestine Jackson, grandparents Wilson and Josephine Jackson Andrew and Gay (Matthews) Four Star; brothers Maynard Jackson Jr., Gary Jackson Sr., and Thomas Jackson; nieces Blaine Jackson; nephews Jarred Jackson and James Adams.
