Lauraine B. Olson was born May 9, 1921, at her parent’s homestead in Vida, Montana, an only daughter of Walter and Bertha Peterson.

She was an excellent baker, known for her apple pies, and she cooked many special meals for her family. In later years, she enjoyed her companion cat, Kittybabe, and he visited her weekly at Faith Home.

Larry, Barb, and family. I cared about Lauraine very much. She made my day when we could have our evening chat and solve all the problems of the world in just 10 minutes. She told me Sunday night would be out last night together and she was right. She got the last laugh. I will miss her as Im sure you will too. She was very proud of you guys and wasn’t afraid to let people know. And Kittybabe will be OK without her. God Bless.
