Darlene (Huso) Davis, age 76 went home to her Lord and savior on February 15, 2020 at North East Montana Health Services.
She was born March 24, 1943, the first child of Kenneth and Thelma (Gidley) Huso. She graduated Wolf Point High School in 1961.
As a child she was her dad and uncle Clarence’s side kick, checking the cows on the family farm, summer fallowing or just about anything to stay out of the house. Her mother used to tell how Darlene loved to cook but when it came time to clean up, she could be found outside.
She met and married the love of her life, Calvin Davis. Together they had forty-two wonderful years. They were busy years. Irrigating, farming, and raising their two boys filled her time.
Preceding Darlene in death was her husband Calvin; son Jim (Susan); and her parents Kenneth and Thelma Huso.
Darlene is survived by her son, Kenneth (Lora); daughter-in-law Susan; and five grandchildren, Tim, Trevor (Drew), Jordan, Dean, and Jay; three great-grandchildren, Kynlee, Rory, and Brody; sister, Sharon (Ferris) Toavs; brother-in-law, Mick (Sue) Davis; and sister-in-law Mariann Marottek.
A visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, February 21, 2020 at Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel in Wolf Point.
