Uncle Roy was one of my most favorite people on earth. I am so saddened by his passing, but rejoice for him as he goes home to the Father, and his family. He was such a great story teller, and I don’t think a single person every encountered him without being told that they had something on their shirt! I will miss his gentle voice, his kindness and of course, his playful nature. Alice, you are in my families’ prayers as you grieve the loss of your wonderful husband.

One of my many memories of Uncle Roy was that he would say, “Let me tie a string on your wrist. It’s windy out there and I don’t want you to blow away” You two are everyone’s aunt and uncle.
